Ibiza Lounge Bar

What a pleasant surprise to find this amazing lounge bar at the end of Cavill Mall above Hungry Jacks. It definitely needs more signage as it could be easily missed if it wasn't for the pleasing sounds of lounge music flowing downstairs from it's obscure little entrance. Apart from that once we had entered into Ibiza it was like stepping into another world themed for an afternoon of pure relaxation. The music that was playing made you feel like it was drawing all the tension out of you. Very enjoyable indeed. The inside decor can only be explained as funky and kitsch..Booths, lounges & beanbags positioned to give the affect of a lounge bar in Bali or Ibiza itself.. Another nice surprise were the drink prices. I'd ordered a Cocktail(First class)& A bucket of Coronas and was quite taken aback when i received $24 change from $50 i'd handed over to the barman. We then ventured to the outside area which was just as impressive as the inside. What got me was the views of the beach, settings and just the relaxed feeling it gave me. Surprises kept coming as we ordered these very tasty pizzas for the grand total of $5 each to accompany our second bucket of Coronas & a couple more cocktails from what I must say a big selection. The only negative comment I have would be that the food menu be a bit more substantial as it mainly consisted of finger foods as we would of quite easily ordered mains after the impressive flavors of the pizza. Overall what a wonderful place to spend a Sunday afternoon, relaxing, having a tipple on some cold beers & cocktails and enjoying some very nice music. Well done Ibiza Lounge Bar.We'll definitely be back.
