Bringing strangers together through fine food and the experience of learning, join a class at Patersons Cooking School on the Sunshine Coast. Feel inspired to create a masterpiece, taking inspiration from cuisines around the world and playing with tantalising flavours, textures and aromas under the guidance of a patient instructor. Learn how to plan ahead for each dish, the techniques for preparing ingredients ahead of time and the skills needed during the allocated cooking time as well as plating up with pizzazz. Choose a techniques class to refine knife skills and pasta making or spin the globe and land on Morocco, Italy, India or even the ocean to try your hand at internationally inspired dishes. At the end of class, take a seat and enjoy your masterpiece over a glass of wine or beer.

Clair and I just completed the Made in Morocco course. Sensational!! Demi is outstanding both as a chef and a teacher. We learnt so much and had a heap of fun in the process. Awesome recipes and skills learnt that can easily be adopted at home. We will be back to do more for sure!!
