I can’t thank Julian from Spicy Catering enough. Absolutely incredible food quality, service and most importantly the best Paella we have ever had !!!! Julian was so clean, wonderful to deal with and came 100% equipped with his live station to serve everyone at the party. Thank you Julian!

Best Spanish Experience in Sydney
A culinary delight that fills the senses. Truly stunning paella, the chicken one was simply amazing, each tapa was more delicious than the other. Extraordinary salmorejo and croquettes, with an outstanding ambiance, and service, the Spanish chef was very friendly. 5 stars all around.

Hiring Spicy Catering was fantastic from the first phone call to their cleaning up after the event.
What helped me feel confident that everyone would enjoy my party's food was the advice on which paella to offer and care over the ingredients, as well as how well they adapted to our guests' special food requirements.
On the day, the food preparation was well organised, and the food was delicious. Many of my guests commented on what a good idea it was to have, instead of a normal buffet or formal sit-down arrangement, and I know some people went up for several servings.
When the meal was over, everything was tidied up and clear so that there was no trace of them have even been there. I also enjoyed the fact that I did not have to worry about cutlery and so on.
Paella really is a great choice for your event for value for money, taste and ease. Can’t recommend them enough!

Best Spanish Paella in town!

I booked them by recommendation of my brother. I’m from Spain and therefore I’m usually quite suspicious of many caterings that serve paella in Sydney. This was one of the best paellas that I have eaten in Sydney. The deserts are also amazing, so save a little bit of space to try one.
