The new kid on the block! In the heart of Daylesford “Betel Boy” is the third venue for Sarah Storer and Luke McKinnon. The dark and edgy space designed by Sarah includes an open kitchen surrounded by plush velvet seating for an interactive dining experience. A menu of Asian inspired dishes featuring local produce is where it starts- bao buns, dumplings and curry made in house. The wines on offer highlight local growers and producers and place them alongside their peers from across the globe.
