Only metres from its original market stall, this American-style diner rocks a rustic vibe of a curved bar, recycled timber, leather booth seating and a cartoon mural of the owner as guests devour finger-lickin’ good racks of ribs. Start with wings ‘n’ things to share like fried jalapeños stuffed with mac ‘n’ cheese, mozzarella and cheeseburger dipping sauce; before chowing down on a Ribwich burger of beef brisket, pork belly and shoulder, pulled meat, BBQ sauce, coleslaw and pickles on a toasted bun. Don’t go past a full plate of beef short ribs, with spicy BBQ sauce, garlic green beans and sweet potato fries.
