Built in 1906, this historic Federation hotel draws a diverse mix of locals and travellers, offering a scenic lookout to cane fields and blue hills from a well-loved beer garden and an open-plan seating area. Pick up a slice of Yamba prawn pizza, with chorizo, fresh basil and spicy pimiento; or kickstart a memorable meal with freshly shucked oysters, ponzu, wakame, pickled ginger and ponzu sauce. For the main, think twice-cooked duck Maryland, kipfler potatoes, pickled blueberries and green beans, or favourite pub classics like grilled sausages, mash, greens and onion gravy.

Exceptional food. Had a great night with family
Wonderful!
Have been coming to this lovely pub, since not long after we arrived in Australia (9 yrs today). Such. Beautiful location, friendly staff and lovely food. If I could carry more than one plate at a time, I’d be tempted to take them up on a job, but at least I go there and eat!
Our favourite place for a meal
This is where we come for birthdays, anniversaries etc.
We love the food and the outdoor eating area on the river on a nice day is pure perfection
