A beautiful new cafe for Penrith
My friend and I had lunch at Cafe Royce and were very impressed by the standard of the food and the fine coffee. The service was exceptional and the cafe is a great addition to the Penrith area. The flourless orange cake was delicious. Will definitely return soon.
