Service and food were excellent but menu didn’t seem entirely a French cuisine, let you make your own mind up on this but very nice fare never the less, we also received a couple extras at no extra cost which was nice. The only faults were they didn’t have any light beer on drinks menu a little odd in this day & age; they went to bottle shop to get some. They put bread on the table which we didn’t ask for but we thought it was complimentary we the entrees but NO it was on the bill $20 a little rude. Lastly the price it was expensive just over $400 for 5 people with 3 entrees, 5 mains, 5 desserts and one round of drinks coming from Melbourne where the food is cheaper , bit of a shock and yes we would go back again.
Chez Pierre was a fantastic restaurant with excellent service and, most importantly, fabulous food.
As my first french dining experience in Australia, I was not disappointed. The entrees and mains were delicious and the food was cooked perfectly.
I would definitely go again.
