This new kid on the block is the brainchild of Sridhar Chiluka, who spent several years working in Dubai at Le Meridien and now calls the Gold Coast home, dishing up Indian delicacies from light and bright surrounds in the CBD. Stop by for breakfast and delve into the likes of an egg and lamb mince dosa, or lemon rice; while those dining later embark on a flavoursome adventure with prawns from the tandoor, or tender chicken tikka pieces. Curry lovers are spoilt for choice, with classics like hot and spicy fish vindaloo, bhaghara rice and crispy papadums; or devour a house specialty biryani – prawn, fish, goat, or lamb – before cooling things down with fresh fruit salad and ice cream.
Authentic food with great flavours. Very good service. My husband I travel Gold Coast often Chiluka‘a is the stop for lunch and dinner. I rate them 10 for their service and food.
The only place for amazing South Indian and North Indian food. Very please to find chilukas. Worth the money spent.
