Consistently great Chinese food
The problem with some Chinese restaurants is their consistency. Chop Stix is an exception to this rule. Fresh vegetables, clean and visible meal preparation area, and fantastic taste. You really can't go wrong. Definitely in my top 5 Chinese restaurants in the country. My favourite menu items are the Salt and Pepper Tofu, Sweet and Sour Pork, and Mongolian Lamb. My only critique would be the occasional ubprupt customer service, but this is a small price to pay for receiving great food. Just like the 'Soup Nazi' episode from Seinfeld.
