Still dreaming of the Anatolian
I LOVED the "Anatolian" which I had for lunch while visiting St. Kilda. If I could have licked the claypot in polite society, I would have! While visiting Australia for two weeks from America and eating at many restaurants from Sydney to Melbourne, my meal at Claypots stands out as the best. I would so appreciate the recipe for the vegetarian "Anatolian." Is it possible for you to send it to me? If so, please send it to tyhurstjoan@yahoo.com. Thank you for your consideration. My lunch will remain as one of the highlights of my vacation nonetheless. My family and I also enjoyed the good service and the charming ambiance. The entire experience was outstanding.
