Fantastic food and service
Going out to dine is an experience. We want to sample good food and service in a restaurant with atmosphere and decor. District Brasserie delivered in spades. The funky New York vibe with the leather seats and booths, coupled with the huge island bar and open kitchen offer a lot visually. Service was outstanding and very warm. I found the wine list to be very rewarding with the sommelier being spot on in assisting to pair the wine with the food we had ordered. Speaking of the food.... there are not enough words to describe how good it was. swordfish carpaccio was divine. The spare rib main dish was one of the best meat dishes I think I have ever had. We shared a dessert, which I am not usually one to order, but my god, it was a triumph of a finale to a glorious meal. We will be back!!!
