Had a great lunch on a Tuesday. The dishes were fresh and flavoursome. Pasta is all made on the premises and it tastes wonderful. The arancini was cooked perfectly and the flavours came through. The whole barramundi was lightly coated in a delicately spiced batter and also cooked perfectly and served with chips and salad. The creme br?l?e was magnificent with a raspberry base and the shortbread exquisite. Service was efficient and welcoming. Enjoyed our lunch and highly recommend.

This has to be one of the best restaurants in the Hunter Valley and well worth a visit. The food is exceptional and Daniel and Christine put their heart and soul into delivering the best gastronomical experience. Definitely gets my vote for the 2014 awards.

What a fabulous addition to dining in Maitland. Hopefully some of the AGFG reviewers will get up to take a good look at this vastly improved restaurant. 305 is not far from Mailtland Art Gallery and is the perfect place to begin or end a viewing of the gallery. Service is country friendly and the food would be right at home in any eat street in any city. Chef, Daniel Kibble, combines flair with visual presentation. The wine list is exceptional in that 305 has shown great faith in presenting Hunter wines at home. To strengthen the list there are a selections from wine districts throughout Australia. Naturally the Kiwis get a mention too. Well worth the trip to Maitland.
