Warm summer dinner-date
Returning to the Glebe Diner after 8 months led to a delightful evening in warm summer outdoor seating. This was enhanced by the splendid ricotta gnocchi, cacio e pepe, manchego and sage and the even more superb roasted Barramundi, lemon butter sauce with capers and sea blite. The diner’s Aperol spritz and its Pernod on ice made the short waiting time for the food an utter delight. The evening finished with amaretto soaked prunes dipped in dark chocolate and Tiramisu with mascarpone. My compliments to the chef and the charming staff for an exquisite evening. One can only agree with the Australian Good Food Guide, “thanks God for the Glebe diner”. Highly recommended!

The food was exceptional, the setting chic and the service excellent. I enjoyed every part of the meal from the appetizer to the dessert. One thing I would recommend by no fault of their own is bigger portions of your delicious food please.
