A warm and welcoming ambience awaits indoors, where a rich colour palette, intimate table settings and seasonal menu offer modern dining while remaining faithful to the pub's roots. Start with chicken and ginger dumplings, torn kha broth, toasted coconut, chilli jam, cucumber, coriander and curry leaves; before roasted duck breast, leg croquette, roasted celeriac and purée, pickled quince, sautéed Swiss chard and mushroom jus.
