Kangnam BBQ

We went on a busy evening and waited for approx. 10mins before being seated at a table. Just as we were about to sit down after being led there by the waiter, another gentleman turned up and said that he was there first and it's his table. The waiter then led us to the second table. After we were given our menus and were about to order, another waitress rudely told us we can't sit at the table. We asked why and explained that we were seated there by her colleague. She didn't give us an explanation but just ordered us to get up and tried to seat us at a table near the back that had another single guest already eating there. We promptly walked out of there and will never return. Worst customer service of any restaurant we've ever been too. The place is a joke.

Food was okay and came out fast! But the service is horrible! We were given the wrong bbq platter (we asked for beef, chicken and seafood and only received the beef), and when we told the waiter, all he said was there was nothing he could do (because we had already started eating, assuming the chicken and seafood would come later)! We received no apology and still had to pay the same price! Also, even with lots of staff wandering around, we had to ask three different waiters just to get a takeaway box. Don't come here if you're looking for a nice dining experience!
