Love the Lobster cave. Go there every few months and it's always worth the 90+minute drive to get there. If using a voucher there is NO difference in the food or the way you are treated. Service is always excellent and the food is fantastic. Definitely a favourite of ours. Look forward to the next meal there.YUM
Really disappointing. My partner has been going to the Lobster Cave for 10 years but this time around everything seemed more difficult. She asked for natural lobster tail, like she had the previous visits. This time it was "we don't do it like that". We ordered crab 'natural like the taste of the sea' - it came out deep-fried. It's a shame, after 10 years of going, I think that's the last time for us.
Great food, great service & great atmosphere !! Yet again ~ 10 across the board ~ From the moment you are welcomed at the door, seated at your table to the final morsel of food or sip of Butterscotch schnapps or perfectly made coffee ~ what can I say except ~ EXCELLENT !! The seafood is perfectly cooked ~ and the presentation is magnificent. Everyone in our party found the whole dinning experience a total joy. Bill and his staff continue to excel and we will keep coming back.
Simply wonderful, is how I describe eating at this establishment. I go out alot and I always enjoy really exceptional seafood. The Lobster Cave delivers on this and good service. I highly recommend it.
Exceptional food, great service ( thanks Dina ) and lovely ambiance. The whole dinner was marvelous. From the Salt & pepper Squid to a perfectly cooked Medium rare Angus beef rump ~ My partner had the Lobster Bisque & Seafood Linguine ~ A perfect 51st Birthday dinner. This is the 10th plus time we have eaten there and it still never fails to impress ~ with both food & service. A ++++
WHAT A GREAT DINNER EXPERIENCE The very best food in a very nice ambiance made our stay in LOBSTER CAVE an outstanding experience. The service was just great and very friendly and we couldn't have asked for more. We will be back soon to try another dish from the menu...and I don't want to forget to mention the nice background music which was perfectly compiled to make this an unforgettable evening. Interestingly enough I had the best steak I have ever been served at this seafood restaurant! Highly recomended.
Fantastic, we held my sons christening lunch at the restaurant and had 40 people. The service and food were amazing and catered to lots of fussy eaters, The set menu was affordable and to our budget. My family and friends cannot stop talking about it. THANKYOU
Went there recently for a birthday, staff really took care of us. Food was great and the lobster platter what can i say. The new look is great, not sure what it was like before. Will definately go back there.

Have been a number of times and food is always devine. Decore is nothing flash but it has a comfortable atmosphere and is always pretty busy. Caters for different types of diners.
