Clean, crisp and bright on the inside with shades of navy, Manna Lane’s interior consists of a collection of recycled materials, fresh plants and minimalistic artwork, allowing the true nature of fresh ingredients to take centre stage. A menu of Mod Oz cuisine is crafted with care, using only ethically harvested and locally produced ingredients as much as possible and following the changes in seasonal availability. Kick start the day by devouring a classic Eggs Benedict with smoked leg ham or spice up lunchtime with a zesty jalapeno cheese burger with relish, pickles, tomato and greens on brioche.
