Enjoy the flavours of Spain without leaving Albury at Saludos restaurant on Dean Street. Serving Spanish-inspired tapas, paella and sangria with a modern twist, settle into the alfresco laneway on bench seating under exposed brick while sipping a glass of Malbec; or dine indoors where polished wood floors, cane pendent lights and potted greenery create a warm and welcoming vibe. Say hola to small plates such as pork belly, with Pedro Ximénez glaze, grape and pine nut salsa and crackling, or lamb ragu empanadillas, Romesco and paprika aioli; before sharing a signature paella, with chicken, calamari, chorizo, prawns and lemon. Perhaps memorable mains like roast chicken, chestnut sauce, capsicum and baby potatoes entice the palate; finishing with churros and warm chocolate dipping sauce.

This is one of the best Spanish restaurants I have ever been to and the food is incredibly tasty with fantastic service. The restaurant itself is beautiful and the courtyard a cozy little area.
