About Saludos
Enjoy the flavours of Spain without leaving Albury at Saludos restaurant on Dean Street. Serving Spanish-inspired tapas, paella and sangria with a modern twist, settle into the alfresco laneway on bench seating under exposed brick while sipping a glass of Malbec; or dine indoors where polished wood floors, cane pendent lights and potted greenery create a warm and welcoming vibe. Say hola to small plates of butterflied garlic prawns with butter beans, cherry tomato and paprika aioli, or charred octopus, potato and paprika; before sharing a signature paella with chicken, chorizo, calamari, prawn and lemon. Perhaps slowly-braised lamb shank, cauliflower purée, beans, salsa verde and pistachio entice; finishing with burnt Basque chocolate cheesecake, chocolate ganache, berry compote and cream.

Amazing food, great service, beautiful restaurant
This is one of the best Spanish restaurants I have ever been to and the food is incredibly tasty with fantastic service. The restaurant itself is beautiful and the courtyard a cozy little area.
