The restaurant’s Ramen Master slowly cooks the stock base for a whole day to bring out the special flavour from the chicken, while the noodles are carefully chosen to complement the soup. Perhaps order kakuni ritchi ramen – chicken and vegetable broth with braised pork – or thick and creamy black garlic and spicy chicken ramen with chilli sauce.
