About Sum Yung Guys
Highlighting a passion for Asian cuisine and culture, Sum Yung Guys on Weyba Road in Noosaville is an ideal spot to share plates and cocktails with friends. Styled to capture the personalities of the four partners, the dining room presents a fun and funky vibe with neon signs, Japanese-style wall murals and wooden furniture, creating warmth and energy, just like the fare on the menu. Kick off with a Rickshaw cocktail before salivating over Mooloolaba prawn toast with gochu mayo, or seared Shark Bay scallops, dry green curry, macadamia and Thai basil; those with heartier appetites chow down on Crying Tiger short rib, fried garlic, kaffir and basil, with sides of jasmine rice and wok-tossed vegetables, or perhaps be enticed by fragrant lemongrass salad, pork belly, apple, mint and peanuts.

The greatest
I don't think any other restaurant is better than this one. Atmosphere good. Staff friendly. Chefs great. And what can I say about food. You also know. Taste is out of the world. Just give it a try.
Best best best
This restaurant is really amazing. Nice food, nice environment, and strong passion. Everything awesome. It is growing more popular day by day.
Amazing food and drink. Everything is so fresh and all the flavours stand alone yet blend so well. Every dish we tried was amazing, fresh anddifferent.
Amazing Find in Noosa!
This place is amazing. The food is well thought out and truely delivers. The menu is the perfect size and accomodates for dietery restrictions without compromising on taste. The four boys have done a brilliant job bringing such a passionate, fun, exciting venue to sleepy Sunshine Beach. You can feel the passion as you walk in the door, the decor is awesome and the mural done by local tattoo Artist Sam Clark is insanely good! It ties everything together. I like that the boys aren't confirming to 'normal dining' and have made the place loud, fun, busy and exciting. The cocktail list is to die for and the staff that have served me every time I go are fantastic, they have great food and drinks knowledge. You can tell they have it drilled into them to learn the menus. The kitchen is buzzing with smiles from the chefs, showing what a fun place it must be to work in. I would give it 10/10 if I could! Absolutely incredible food, ambience and drinks.
