With beautiful red brick and timber floors, the heritage-listed building was once home to the headmaster of one of Midland’s oldest schools – now it is home to excellent Modern Australian cuisine with a Mediterranean twist, award-winning Swan Valley wines and locally-brewed beers. The evolving menu offers a modern take on classic dishes, guided by seasonal ingredients – think starters like crispy Tennessee chicken wings and jalapeño mayo, or salt and pepper squid with lime aioli.
