About Trattoria Basiloco
Good food and family come together to create lasting memories at Trattoria Basiloco on Lawson Street in Byron Bay. The shared vision of a family who moved to the area from Sardinia, Basiloco's mission is to recreate an authentic Italian Cucina, inspired by the flavours and culture of the homeland. Chill out Byron Bay-style on bright aqua banquette seating, or perch on a seat at the bar as mixologists whip up your cocktail of choice; share deep-fried salt and pepper calamari to start, or beef carpaccio, mustard dressing, Parmigiano, rocket salad and capers. Pasta plates like housemade pappardelle with slow-cooked lamb ragu, herbs and Pecorino are sure to entice; or devour slices of Diavola pizza topped with spicy pepperoni salami, olives and fior di latte mozzarella, on a tomato base.
