Fresh air and sunshine abound at this venue, where a wood-fired pizza oven roars to life on Friday nights and dining alfresco under the shade sail for leisurely brunches like an avo and smoked salmon bagel is recommended, while perusing a paddock-to-plate menu. Every ingredient is grown on the land, cured and smoked in-house to deliver delicious dishes like wood-fired slow-cooked beef, housemade mustard, wild rocket, tomato, gruyere cheese and sauerkraut on a ciabatta roll. Pick up a slice of gourmet pear and blue cheese pizza, with mozzarella and walnuts, drizzled with local honey; or a divine dessert slice of raspberry apple crumble.
