My wife and I along with another couple visited the Voyager winery and stopped for afternoon tea. The scones and cream were delicious and our teas and coffees were well presented. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Nothing seemed to much for them and they all had a happy disposition about them. We thoroughly enjoyed walking through the beautiful rose gardens and walking over the manicured lawns.

My Wife and I visited Voyager Estate on a cold, wet and windy day in late August 2010. We sampled two or three of the wines and visited the restaurant. We were greeted by friendly staff and guided to our table which provided a wonderful view of the estate. There were only about 20 people dining on that day but we were not crammed into one section of the restaurant, but were spread out so as not to hear the conversations of the other diners. The fire was warm and inviting and the decore was beautiful. The toilets were spotless. upon the recommendation of the waitress, we decided to try the degustation at $125 per head. We enjoyed a five course meal which complemented the four premium wines and a grape juice served with each course over 2-3 hours. On the drive back to our hotel in Margaret River we could talk of little else but the excellent dining experience. I must say my wife is an excellent cook and critical diner and she still talks highly of it. It was to be our 40th wedding anniversary in a few days and the wine and meal at the restaurant made it a memorable one. Incidentally the wines were standard drinks which I think is the responsible way to go when serving alcohol. The wines and the food were exceptional as was the service. We are based in Perth but we will be visiting Voyager again in 2011.
