Mixologist Sarah Russ shares her cocktail recipe for El Pomelo – perfect for anyone looking for a new drink with the perfect amount of bite.
"We wanted a new way to enjoy tequila and what we've come up with is a refreshing bevvy that combines everything we could think of to complement tequila,” she explains.
"This cocktail has just the right balance of lime and pineapple with the sweet tartness of grapefruit liqueur and just the right amount of Chartreuse thrown in - because, let's face it, Chartreuse makes everything taste better.”
