After guests have selected their perfect vintage from Pink Pearl’s wine cellar and shared it as part of their culinary journey, the service team does not simply throw the empty bottle away.
Having been thoroughly cleaned, the bottle is labelled with the customers’ names and returned to a special section of the wine cellar, so guests can find it again when they return – a wonderful reminder of their exquisite evening.
In the seven years that Pink Pearl has been delighting diners with its French cuisine, it has so far collected 2521 empty bottles!
