Happy New Year! Welcome to 2024.

With new experiences around every corner, Sydney is a favourite holiday destination for many of us. From the Harbour Bridge to the Opera House and everything in between, Aussies are in love with this water city where you can hop on a ferry at Circular Quay to appreciate the beauty of one of the world’s great harbours.

It is also a foodies’ heaven with a plethora of fine dining restaurants just waiting to be discovered – we tell you six Chef-hatted dining destinations worth a trip to NSW for those heading off on vacation.

Find out about Newtown’s newest plant-based eatery, don Fred as Marie-Antoinette Issa chats to Chef, co-founder and King of the kitchen Lorenzo Petrachi about his journey into the culinary world and what you can expect on the menu at this Italian restaurant. Hailing from Northern Italy, his inspiration comes from his self-made Chef parents, who instilled in him a passion for simple ingredients and delicious flavours at a young age.

Happy New Year! Welcome to 2024.
