What’s your most popular dish/drink:
Sydney Common is a wood-fired grill restaurant and bar located within the prestigious Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park celebrating contemporary, ingredient-focused food with a uniquely Australian accent.
Head Chef, Jamie Robertson has designed a menu brimming with some of Australia’s leading producers. telling AGFG in an exclusive interview that ‘you are only as good as the producers and farmers around you.’ Sometimes producers will send him images of what they have on the farm and that inspires him to create a dish for the menu.
A must-try current dish on the menu is the mortadella agnoletti with peas, sage brown butter and Parmesan, ideally enjoyed with a mini Martini.
What is your point of difference?
A parkside location with sweeping views of Hyde Park makes Sydney Common the perfect location to linger with a Martini or glass of Champagne in the bar, stay for a leisurely lunch or dinner in the dining room, or host an exclusive event in the private dining room.
