Lotus Bowral on Boronia Street brings its acclaimed Asian cuisine to the Southern Highlands with a hyper-local twist. Diners can expect a blend of favourite Lotus dishes and beverages alongside exciting new menu items showcasing the region's amazing produce. The onsite Lotus restaurant will be complemented by Marilo, a new contemporary fusion offering from Lotus Dining Group.
Marilo will expand the food and beverage offerings across the hotel, including in-room dining, Harvey's bar and the Conference & Events packages.
Executive Chef Tiffany Jones will lead the culinary team, collaborating with Lotus Executive Chef Steve Wu to develop a focus on hyper-local ingredients while nurturing a new generation of hospitality talent. Additionally, guests can expect Marilo to offer a diverse range of contemporary Australian cuisine, thoughtfully curated to appeal to a wide variety of palates. The hotel and Lotus will partner to create a year-round calendar of events celebrating the local area with exceptional food and wine.
