As part of TASTE of Kingscliff & Tweed Coast you will be able to meet up with celebrity Chef, Steven Snow in Central Park, Salt Village (Saturday July 9 @ 1pm). Internationally renowned, Steven Snow is the owner/chef of FINS, one of Australia's most awarded regional restaurants, Fins has been awarded a chef hat from AGFG and sits comfortably at a 13/20 commended rating.
Spanning over 10 days of foodie fun with over 15 different events, TASTE of Kingscliff & the Tweed Coast is a calendar highlight for the region. As part of the 10 days, TASTER@SALT is a free event on Saturday July 9 and Sunday July 10 full of foodie fun in the magnificent seaside location of Central Park, Salt Village. This year's event will feature over 50 stalls offering hot and cold food and beverages, fresh produce and packaged goods.
The focus of this fully licensed event is local, seasonal flavours offering signature dishes from the trendiest local cafes, restaurants and food businesses. Both days offer a full program of events including the TASTE of SUMMERLAND marquee which will host a series of cooking classes, meet and greets, tastings and product discussions. This is where you will be able to meet celebrity Chef, Steven Snow on Saturday July 9 at 1pm where he will be showcasing a seafood masterclass with guest, Husk Distillers, presenting Ink Gin and locally made rum. It's an event not to be missed.
