Nourish Your Soul at Wellness Wander in the Adelaide Hills

The countdown is on – Wellness Wander, Adelaide’s favourite wellness event is nearly here!

Now in its third year, old favourites join some stunning new events to suit all tastes and ages with more than 40 bespoke and highly thoughtful wellness experiences curated to fill your cup on October 26-27. A strong theme at this year's event focuses on farm experiences and food – with more and more people seeking to understand the source of their food, wanting to meet the maker and to understand how food can affect your sense of well-being.

The flagship new event heroes all these themes at Nourish by Well Traveller. This beautiful experience will enable you to immerse yourself in an afternoon filled with ways to nourish your body and mind. Set in the stunning Ukaria Cultural Centre, hear from our keynote presenter, Matthew Evans, the famous Chef and food critic, turned farmer-food activist now based out of Tasmania.
