Video: Kobe Jones Flaming Special


As it is Japan's National Day tomorrow, we wanted a bit of an insight into Kobe Jones' signature dish. Head Chef Jason Palmero serves up the "Number One Special," (crab salad with avocado wrapped in Hiramasa kingfish and flamed on the teppan with their secret sauce) at Wharf Teppanyaki.
