When creating the Greek Goddess, Cassie experimented with different juices to craft the perfect Summer cocktail - something light, refreshing, and easy to drink.
"Funnily enough, I’m not usually a big fan of cucumber, but I gave it a shot and boom...the perfect cocktail was born! The best part? If I’m not in the mood for vodka, I switch it up with gin or even tequila for a fun twist.”
The Greek Goddess got its name from a mix of inspirations. First, the cocktail’s light, delicate and feminine colour felt like it needed a name that captured that vibe.
"However, it was the first sip that sealed the deal - it instantly transported me back to my trip to Greece last year, reminding me of long, sunny days by the pool, sipping cocktails and soaking up the sun.”
Cassie says for a more refreshing cocktail, add crushed ice to the top of the drink once poured.
"The cucumber ribbon is the perfect addition to the cocktail - to make the perfect ribbon, avoid peeling the seeded part of the cucumber.”
