Perspective dining is a modern gastronomic tasting menu experience, our Chefs will take you on a unique culinary journey. Offering cutting-edge tasting menus seasonally from 3 courses to 9 courses, a plant-based menu as well as a protein-based menu, we have an offsite garden that also provides produce.
We are collaborating with local farmers and suppliers to ensure that our vision of uncompromised, no-holds-barred excellence and sustainability is showcased in our food. Think dishes like lamb belly from Gympie, beets from The Falls Farm, dried lamb’s ear and tree tomato.
Our wine list is carefully crafted to ensure both Australian winemakers and sustainable wineries from abroad are highlighted.
