Obviously, all of them – multiple visits to make sure you try everything is a must. As far as entrées go, the tuna tartare with capsicum, goats’ curd, peach and lavash is an absolute must; as for mains, the 7-day dry-aged duck is the ultimate, with beetroot, tamarillo, foie gras espuma, walnuts and jus.

The Victory Lane building is the original site of Baguette - Brisbane’s longest running restaurant and an icon on the city’s hospitality scene, running for some 40 years. Quite a legacy to live up to, but a challenge we are more than ready for - 40 years of Victory Lane sounds good to us!
