Yes, she’s back! Prosecco lovers, mark your calendars! The highly anticipated and beloved Prosecco Festival is returning for its eighth year and this time, it's popping off in an even bigger way!
On Saturday, February 22, the iconic Abbotsford Convent will once again transform into a sparkling haven for bubbly enthusiasts, this year featuring more than 50 international and homegrown Proseccos from some of the best winemakers in the world.
The 2025 festival will bring together a showcase of an impressive selection of Proseccos from renowned wineries like Rigoni, Cester Camillo, Rebuli, Dal Zotto, Babo, Pizzini Wines, Brown Brothers, See Saw Wines, Tar and Roses, Vinea Marson and De Bortoli.
For fans of Australian-grown bubbles, there will be plenty of local gems to discover, including Austins Wines, Billy Button Wines, Box Grove Vineyard, Love 2 Glasses, Sam Miranda Wines, Santolin, Santa & D’Sas and Vino Intrepido.
For those seeking a true celebrity touch, the Prosecco rosé from our very own Kylie Minogue will be available to taste – adding a touch of pop Royalty to your glass! Plus, there is a celebration of further Italian Proseccos – Bandini, Bellusi, Calneggia Family Vineyards, Cipriani, Divici, Rebuli and Rigoni.
The festival is an inclusive affair for all guests, whether you’re a dedicated Prosecco fan, sober curious, or the designated driver for the day. Official festival partner Edenvale Wines will offer a range of alcohol-removed vinos, ensuring no one misses out on the fun and Van Di Vino returns offering up an array of delish Prosecco spritzers, wines by the glass, craft beer and more!

To top things off, this time around, The Prosecco Festival is embracing the bold, fun energy of the 1990s. Expect an ‘90s-themed event with a killer soundtrack of New Wave hits and plenty of nostalgia.
