Grab your mates and perch on a stool at the bar while sipping a Pink Pony Club cocktail:
Mixologist, Evie Brien says customers have told her this delicious creation tastes like Cherry Ripe and Iced Vovo.
"I wanted to craft a sweet, dessert-inspired cocktail that would still be moreish and refreshing through the warmer months and I landed on doing some kind of Pina Colada with a twist. It turned out exactly as I had imagined, and pink, but still nameless,” she explains.

"A few times a year, we host an event for Cheers Queers called Beers 4 Queers, where we serve up a selection of queer-themed cocktails on the night. Since we had our next Beers 4 Queers event mid-November and we were serving this still nameless drink as our cocktail of the month, it was temporarily dubbed ‘Pink Pony Club’ to honour the song by Chappell Roan and the name stuck.”
Made with raspberry jam syrup and vanilla pandan coconut cream, this is one cocktail that is sure to tempt sweet tooths.
Try this cocktail on a Friday afternoon to relax after a long and stressful work week. Alternatively, you could take the party home and concoct the perfect drink to usher in the weekend.
