Just in time for Party Season, footy finals and celebrating the warmer weather, MasterChef 2021 runner-up Pete Campbell has combined with Ezra Brooks Kentucky Straight Bourbon to deliver the Yuzu New Fashioned cocktail.

Since his television journey which put him on the way to becoming one of Australia’s best self-taught Chefs, Pete continued his culinary tuition under the watchful eye of renowned Executive Chef Peter Gilmore at Sydney restaurant Quay. He now works at Poly in Surry Hills where this former corporate executive turned tattoo artist proves you don’t have to be classically trained to perfect great cuisine.
